BPM Group (home of Brad's Painting Services) respects your privacy. This policy explains, in plain English, how we handle personal information collected through this website and when you contact us.

What we collect. When you call, email or request a quote, we collect the details you give us — typically your name, contact details, property address and information about the job. This website itself does not use contact forms, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. It does load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google's servers when a page loads.

How we use it. We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, schedule and carry out work, and invoice for completed jobs. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with. Your details are shared only where needed to do the job — for example with our own team members scheduling your work, or with suppliers delivering materials to your property — and where required by law.

Storage and security. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only keep it as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, financial records).

Access and questions. You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting admin@bradspaintingservice.com.au or calling 0458 017 455. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
